terms of services

Tradesmen Registry provides non-construction administrative support, documentation assistance, and vendor referral services only.

We do not:

• Perform construction, repairs, remodeling, or installations

• Act as a licensed general contractor

• Supervise, manage, or direct service providers

• Pull permits or coordinate inspections

• Guarantee or warranty third-party services

All service providers operate independently and are engaged directly by clients.

Tradesmen Registry acts solely as:

• An administrative support platform

• A vendor referral facilitator

• A documentation and coordination resource

Tradesmen Registry is not a party to any agreement between a client and a service provider.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

• They select and contract directly with service providers

• All service work is performed by independent third parties

• Tradesmen Registry does not control pricing, scope, or execution of work

• They are responsible for reviewing provider licensing, insurance, and qualifications

Service providers acknowledge and agree that they:

• Operate as independent businesses

• Contract directly with clients

• Are solely responsible for job execution, outcomes, and compliance

• Maintain all required licenses and insurance

• Are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of Tradesmen Registry

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or contractor relationship between Tradesmen Registry and any user.

Service providers are not employees or subcontractors of Tradesmen Registry.

Tradesmen Registry may offer optional administrative payment processing support.

• Tradesmen Registry does not set pricing or control compensation

• Payments relate solely to agreements between clients and providers

• Tradesmen Registry is not responsible for service quality, completion, or disputes

Tradesmen Registry makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Service provider performance

• Work quality or outcomes

• Timelines or pricing

• Compliance of third-party providers

All services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradesmen Registry shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses arising from third-party services

• Disputes between clients and service providers

Any liability is limited to the amount paid to Tradesmen Registry for administrative services only.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradesmen Registry from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

• Agreements between clients and service providers

• On-site work or services performed

• Violations of applicable laws or licensing requirements

Tradesmen Registry may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Misrepresentation of services

• Conduct that creates legal or regulatory risk

All Platform content, branding, and materials are owned by Tradesmen Registry and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Tradesmen Registry may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
