• Operate their own business

• Maintain required licensing and insurance

• Contract directly with clients

• Control their own pricing, schedule, and scope of work

CLIENT REFERRALS

We introduce you to clients who have requested administrative support and vendor referrals through our platform.

We assist with non-construction administrative tasks, which may include:

• Initial client information organization

• Communication facilitation (non-directive)

• Optional payment processing support

Tradesmen Registry does not:

• Supervise, manage, or direct your work

• Act as a general contractor or employer

• Set pricing, scope, or schedules

• Provide tools, labor, or materials

• Pull permits or coordinate inspections

• Guarantee or warranty services

All work is performed independently by you, under a direct agreement between you and the client.

As a participating provider, you agree that you:

• Contract directly with clients

• Are solely responsible for job execution and outcomes

• Maintain all required licenses and insurance

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Handle all on-site work without oversight from Tradesmen Registry

Tradesmen Registry may offer optional administrative payment processing support.
This service does not affect your pricing, scope, or contractual relationship with the client.

Tradesmen Registry does not mark up services, set rates, or control compensation.
